34 Years on the Throne: Danmaliki Hails Emir of Ringim’s Reign of Peace, Stability

As the Emir of Ringim, Alhaji Dr. Sayyadi Abubakar Mohamud, marks 34 years on the throne, the Danmaliki of Ringim, Dr. Salisu Abdullahi, has described the period as one defined by sustained peace, stability and progressive leadership in the emirate and Jigawa State at large.
This was contained in a press statement issued and made available to The Syndicate in Dutse, in which the Danmaliki congratulated the Emir on the milestone, describing his reign as impactful and worthy of commendation.
Dr. Salisu Abdullahi noted that since his ascension, the Emir has provided purposeful leadership that has strengthened social cohesion and enhanced traditional governance within the Ringim Emirate.
He praised the monarch’s commitment to the preservation of cultural values, promotion of unity among his subjects and consistent support for development initiatives across the emirate and the state.
According to him, the Emir’s leadership style has contributed significantly to the relative peace and harmony enjoyed in the area, making the emirate a reference point for traditional administration in Jigawa State.
The Danmaliki further offered prayers for Allah’s continued guidance, good health and long life for the Emir, while urging the people of the Ringim Emirate to sustain their loyalty and cooperation in support of the traditional institution.
Emir Dr. Sayyadi Abubakar Mohamud ascended the throne 34 years ago and has remained a respected figure in traditional leadership, playing a key role in fostering harmony and development within his domain.
He is the first and current traditional ruler of the Ringim Emirate, a position he has held since its establishment on December 20, 1991.
A respected Fulani leader, the Emir is widely known for his involvement in community development initiatives, including health campaigns, and presides over an emirate that covers Ringim, Taura, Garki and Babura Local Government Areas of Jigawa State.
