BREAKING: Bandits Attack Katsina Governor’s Village
Bandits on Thursday night attacked Radda village in Charanchi Local Government Area, the birth place of Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda.
The Syndicate gathered that the bandits went after people displaced from other communities, but no one was reported killed. The attackers however rustled many livestock.
Also, several bandits have attacked Danjanku village in Musawa Local Government Area also on Thursday night, injured some residents and abducted many.
The attacks are coming after local authorities and bandits signed peace agreements to end years of killings and displacements.
Authorities in at least twelve local government areas of the state have signed the peace deal over the last few weeks, bringing a lull to the relentless attacks hitherto suffered by communities.
