NUJ congratulates Ahmed Mu’azu over NAHCON appointment
The Kano State council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), has congratulated Malam Ahmed Mu’azu on his appointment as Technical Assistant (Media) by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
This is contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of the Council, Suleiman Abdullahi Dederi on Wednesday in Kano.
“As an indigene of Kano State, Mr. Mu’azu’s elevation to this strategic role is a source of pride for the journalism community in the state.
“His appointment reflects the growing recognition of professionalism and dedication within the media sector,” Dederi said.
He said that Mu’azu had previously served in the Public Affairs Unit of NAHCON Media Department where he demonstrated exceptional creativity and commitment to public communication.
“We are confident that his wealth of experience will further enhance NAHCON’s media engagement and strengthen its public relations efforts.
“The NUJ Kano Council celebrates this milestone and encourages Mu’azu to continue upholding the values of integrity, excellence and service in his new calling,” he added.
