Tinubu’s Appointee Aliyu Resumes at SHETSCO, Assures Staff of Inclusive Leadership

The newly appointed Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of Sheda Science and Technology Complex (SHETSCO), Engr. Magaji Dau Aliyu, has pledged to promote professionalism, enhance productivity and prioritise staff welfare in the institution.
This was disclosed in a statement issued and made available to The Syndicate by his Media Aide, Mr. Hassan Nakudu, shortly after the Director General officially assumed office.
According to the statement, Hon. Aliyu resumed duty following his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Nakudu explained that the new helmsman was warmly received by directors and staff of the complex, who turned out in large numbers to welcome him with enthusiasm.
Addressing the management and workforce, the Director-General commended the staff for their dedication and assured them of his resolve to reposition the organisation for greater efficiency and impact.
He pledged to safeguard the welfare and rights of employees while fostering a culture of professionalism and improved productivity across departments.
Aliyu also urged staff members to remain disciplined and strictly adhere to workplace regulations, particularly punctuality and commitment to duty.
The statement added that special prayers were offered for divine guidance and success as he takes on the responsibility of leading the complex.
In their separate remarks, staff members expressed satisfaction with his appointment, citing his experience, leadership qualities and contributions to national development as key assets expected to advance the institution’s mandate.
