Hajj 2025: Katsina intending pilgrims get Jan. 30 deadline
Intending pilgrims from Katsina State have up to January 30 to pay the Hajj fare of N8,457, 685.59 or forget about participating in the 2025 pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of the State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Badaru Bello Karofi.
The statement said those who had already deposited N8.4 million before the announcement of the actual fares, are now expected to pay additional N57,685.59 before January 31.
The board further said that all payments should be in bank draft as no cash transaction would be entertained.
“Furthermore all payments for the Hajj 2025 exercise are to be concluded before the 30/1/2025 to enable the Board compile the actual list of intending pilgrims for the exercise this year and remit all funds to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.”
