Jigawa Golden Stars Face Bichi First FC In Week 2 NNL Clash

Jigawa Golden Stars says it is well prepared ahead of its second fixture in the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season as they travel to Kano State to face Bichi First FC today.
The club’s media officer Ibrahim Isyaku told the Syndicate that the team will pick the three points at the Bichi township stadium.
The Syndicate reports that both teams won their opening matches at home with Golden Stars beating Kebbi FC 2-1 and Bichi First defeating Yobe Desert Stars 3-0.
“Our strength lies not only in our strategy and skills on the pitch but also in the unwavering spirit of our supporters,”  Isyaku said while appealing to fans for “fervent prayers, steadfast support, and moral encouragement”.
According to him, such collective backing has always lifted the team in critical moments.
“Our collective voice and belief are the wind beneath the club’s wings, inspiring the players to strive for nothing less than a victorious outcome,” he said.
“Let us unite to propel Jigawa Golden Stars FC to a successful start in the league. Together, we can achieve greatness.”
