Kebbi Governor Suspends Health Commissioner

Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has suspended the state Commissioner for Health, Yunusa Musa Ismail with immediate effect.
A statement by the governor’s spokesperson, Yahaya Sarki said the Commissioner was suspended for negligence and disregard of his duties
“By this directive, the Honourable Commissioner is suspended from office until further notice.
“The Governor reiterated his administration’s commitment to accountability, discipline, and effective service delivery in all sectors, stressing that public officers must justify the confidence reposed in them,” the statement added.
