Oshiomhole, Kingibe, Yari head Senate committees
Former All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole and erstwhile governors Aminu Tambuwal (Sokoto) and Abdulazeez Yari (Zamfara) were yesterday named Senate standing committee chairmen.
Oshiomhole heads the committee on Interior, Tambuwal, Housing and Yari, Water Resources.
Other committee chairmen are Adeola Olamilekan, Appropriation; Fatai Buhari, Aviation; Osita izunaso, Capital Market; Ahmad Lawan, Defence; Sani Musa, Finance.
The rest include Tahir Monguno, Judiciary; Danjuma Goje, Inter-Parliamentary Affairs; Ireti Kingibe, Women Affairs; Aliyu Wammako, Debt and Loan and Tokunbo Abiru, Banking and Finance.
