Saudi Arabia’s
General Directorate of Narcotics Control has seized 2,413,135 amphetamine pills concealed in metal pipes in Riyadh, the Kingdom’s capital.

Two individuals, a resident and a Syrian national, were apprehended for their involvement in promoting the drugs.

The operation is part of ongoing security efforts to track and dismantle drug trafficking and distribution networks that target the Kingdom’s security and its youth.

Authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling and distribution.

It urged residents to call relevant hotlines and email addresses to report any untoward issues regarding illicit drugs and substances.
