Radda Appoints Tune, Ammani, other heads of agencies, commissions

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, on Friday, approved the appointment of former Head of Service Idris Usman Tune as Chairman of the state Civil Service Commission.
The governor has also appointed Muntari Ammani as the Executive Secretary, Katsina State and Local Government Pension Transition Board.
Also appointed into the board is Garba Sanda Mani, as part-time Chairman, and Dr. Faruk Aminu as Independent Observer, alongside representatives of MDAs and trade unions.
Radda has also approved the appointment of Engr. Abba Junaidu as Chairman of Katsina State Road Maintenance Agency, and Dr. Babangida Ruma as Director General, Katsina State Enterprise Development Agency.
The governor has also constituted the board of the Katsina State Pension Bureau with Ibrahim Boyi Dutsinma as part-time Chairman.
Musa Rabiu Mahuta will serve as Executive Director Finance and Administration; Abbati Ibrahim Masanawa, Executive Director Operations; Usman Shehu, Executive Director ICT and Database Management; and Dr. Faruk Aminu, Independent Observer.
Representatives of MDAs and unions will also join the board as contained in the Katsina State Pension Reform Law 2025.
All the appointments take immediate effect.
