Health Ministry launches smart robot service for pilgrims in Madinah

The Ministry of Health in the Madinah region, Saudi Arabia, has launched a Smart Robot service in the Central Area of the holy city of Madinah, near the Prophet’s Mosque.

The service includes broadcasting educational messages, guidance, and health instructions for the safety and awareness of pilgrims in over 96 languages.

Meanwhile, the ministry has deployed 220 male and female volunteers and over 12 teams working around the clock to serve the pilgrims.

They are providing health and emergency services at the Prophet’s Mosque and environs, as well as Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the Haramain Train Station, and the mosques in Quba, Khandaq, Sayyid Al-Shuhada, and Miqat Dhul-Hulaifah.
