The Katsina State Assembly of Healthcare Professionals has announced the immediate suspension of the one week warning strike which began on October 16.
Announcing the suspension of the strike, Chairman of the Assembly, Comrade Ibrahim Balange directed all healthcare workers to return to work with effect from midnight of October 18.
He said the Assembly agreed with the state government to engage each other via a joint technical committee on all the contending issues.
