Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has called on Northern leaders to develop an emergency regional plan targeted at holistic development of the youth in the region.The Governor, who was a panellist at the Stakeholders’ Roundtable On Northern Nigeria Youth Development organised by Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, said there should be a Marshal Plan to reposition the youth in the region.
All Northerners who held political positions from 1999 to date must be involved in this Northern rescue mission, he said, adding that the business class, traditional and religious leaders must also be involved.
