NSCDC arrests man for duping housewife N1.8m in Kano
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, has arrested a 28-year-old man, Salisu Abdu Adam, for allegedly duping a married woman of N1.8 million in Kano.
The the state NSCDC Public Relations Officer, Ibrahim Abdullahi, said this in a statement on Wednesday in Kano.
Abdullahi said that Adam, an indigene of Garko Local Government Area ( LGA) of the state, who was resident of Kawo in Nassarawa LGA committed the offence in Garko.
He said the used local charms to lure his victim, a married woman with ghost promises of better education and an improved and highly profitable business for her.
Abdullahi said investigation had been concluded and necessary legal action would be taken against the suspect soon.
“Investigation has been concluded and the suspect will soon be charged to court,” he added.
