NUJ CONDOLES WITH JIGAWA ONLINE CHAPEL SECRETARY OVER WIFE’S DEATH
The Jigawa State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists(NUJ) has condoled with the Secretary, of the State Online Media Chapel, Aliyu Muhammad Dangida, over the death of his second wife, Hajiya Maryam Abdullahi.
A statement signed by the Council Secretary, Comrade Aminu Umar Shuwajo, expressed sadness over the death of the Online Media Chapel Secretary’s wife, and prayed to God to grant her eternal rest in paradise.
“Today, she has died, leaving behind her husband and children, but we cannot question God, the giver and taker of life. He knows why He took her life at this time.
“And there is no better time for anyone, no matter how highly or lowly placed in society, to lose loved ones to the cold hand of death. Our consolation is the Almighty Allah.
“Accept our condolences and sympathy over this great loss of yours. We are with you in prayers and spirit. We pray to Allah to forgive the deceased her shortcomings, grant her Jannah, and give the entire family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
“May Allah continue to give you the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, believing that your wife is resting in the bosom of Allah, because from Allah we come, and to Him we shall return one day,” he said.
