6 killed, 1 injured as bandits explode IED in Sokoto community
Bandits have detonated an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) killing six children celebrating the Eid-el-Kabir festival in Tangaza Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
One person injured in the attack was rushed to Tangaza General Hospital for emergency medical attention.
Sources said the victims were out for the traditional ‘Yawon Sallah’, when the IED exploded.
