First Lady donates 1,000 bags of rice to Christians in Yobe

The Yobe state chapter of Northern Nigeria Christian Political Forum has received a donation of 1000 bags of rice from the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The gesture is to support members of the forum to celebrate Christmas.
Dr. Yahaya Galo, a member of the forum, told journalists at the COCIN Church in Potiskum that the rice will be distributed to Christians regardless of denomination.
“The First Lady and wife of President, donated 1000 bags of 25kg of rice to all Christians in Yobe state regardless of a person’s denomination.
“We appreciate Senator Tinubu for this kind gesture and we pray that God Almighty will see them through their tenure in office,” he said.
Galo called on others in position of authority to also put smile on people’s faces.
One of the beneficiaries, who spoke on behalf of retired pastors and evangelists in the state, Usaku Yaro Kaku, appreciated Senator Oluremi Tinubu for the donation which has put smiles on the faces of Christians in Yobe state.
