Katsina: 60 percent Hajj seats fully taken
More than 60 percent of the 3,567 Hajj seats allocated to Katsina State have been fully paid for, the State Pilgrims Welfare Board said on Tuesday.
Chairman of the board, Alhaji Yunusa Abdullahi Dankama also said more intending pilgrims have indicated readiness to complete the payment of their 2025 Hajj fare.
Dankama made this known when he met with Zonal Pilgrims Officers and their Assistants to review the 2025 Hajj registration in the state.
Also, the Executive Director of the board, Alhaji Kabir Bature said all intending pilgrims who had completed the payment of their Hajj fare should submit their passports for visa processing.
He said intending pilgrims who had made deposits, should hasten be complete their payments.
